On December 17, 2025, Lebanon Works, through the Lebanese Private Sector Network (LPSN), presented the GovX Proof of Concept (PoC) to the Minister of AI and his advisory team, alongside representatives from LPSN and the GovX consortium members: Pixel38, The Web Addicts, Purpl, BornInteractive, and SiliconCedars.
The session showcased GovX as an AI-driven platform designed to accelerate and modernize digital government services. The PoC demonstrated the GovX AI Factory, highlighting its ability to transform a simple service description document into a fully operational digital public service. This includes automated workflow generation, dynamic UI/UX creation, governance and approval layers, and citizen-facing applications capable of executing services end to end.
Discussions focused on the reality of existing government workflows, many of which are complex or outdated. Rather than delaying digitization, the proposed approach is to onboard ministries as they are, use GovX to execute current workflows, and progressively apply AI-driven recommendations to simplify processes, reduce redundancies, and improve citizen experience over time.
The meeting also confirmed GovX’s role as a federated orchestration layer, capable of integrating with existing ministry systems and APIs rather than replacing them. The PoC was positively received for its flexibility, scalability, and potential to standardize governance while allowing decentralized service execution across ministries.
Next steps include a follow-up meeting with the Minister of AI, identification of priority public services to be used as concrete use cases, and further validation of GovX through real-world service delivery. These efforts will feed into Phase 2, positioning GovX as a core enabling technology for Lebanon’s future digital government.
