requirements
• Technical Degree in Cosmetology or any related field. Certification from a Beauty Academy is a plus. • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably within the beauty industry. • Very Good in Arabic and English. French is a plus. • Well-developed make-up skills. • Proven interpersonal, communication, and selling skills with an ability to provide great customer service. • Proven flexibility concerning attendance schedule and POS location. • Portrays an aesthetic that echoes professionalism and the brand’s image. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
responsibilities
1. Sales: • Carry out routine sales tasks such as selling to customers to achieve pre-set targets. • Endorse promotional offers following the BA Supervisor’s instructions to maximize sales. • Provide the best service to customers, while differentiating it per brand to portray each of its unique images. • Keep track of competitors’ promotions, new products, and events to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Customer Relations: • Recommend products that suit the customers’ skin colors, skin types, and face shapes to provide excellent customer service and increase sales. • Introduce the latest products to customers and demonstrate their use by giving facials, applying Make- Up, and offering samples, to increase sales and satisfy customers’ needs. • Keep records and build customers’ database to provide personalized services, including but not limited to informing them about promotions. • Complete CRM forms every week and send them to the BA Supervisor to analyze their interactions with customers. 3. Stock and Display: • Ensure the counter is stocked adequately and that the products are displayed attractively to reply to customers’ needs. • Display and restock the products to have an appealing display following the brand’s guidelines. • Inform the BA Supervisor should anything affecting the counter display be broken or malfunctioning to ensure consistent “counter grooming.”
