The Beauty Expert is responsible for combining expert product knowledge, premium customer engagement, and active selling to achieve sales targets while building long-term brand loyalty.
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably within the beauty industry. Electronics or small domestic appliances is a plus.
• Very Good in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and selling skills with an ability to provide great customer service.
• Flexible in terms of attendance schedule and POS location.
• Portrays an aesthetic that echoes professionalism and the brand’s image.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
1. Sales & Product Demonstration:
• Drive sales of Dyson products in assigned locations, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Proactively approach and engage potential customers to identify needs and recommend best suitable Dyson solution(s)
• Endorse and ensure visibility of promotional offers following the BA Supervisor’s instructions to maximize sales.
• Provide the best service to customers, while differentiating it per category to portray each of its unique images.
• Keep track of competitors’ promotions, new products, and events to maintain a competitive edge.
• Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Submit accurate daily sales reports and activity reports.
• Clearly explain unique features, benefits and innovations vs. competitors.
2. Customer Relations
• Answer customers’ questions confidently and handle objections professionally.
• Collect customer feedback and report/relay to concerned parties.
• Keep records and build customers’ database to provide personalized services, including but not limited to informing them about promotions.
• Complete CRM forms every week and send them to the BA Supervisor to analyze their interactions with customers.
3. Stock and Display:
• Display and restock the products following the brand guidelines and Preempt stock shortage by product/sku (limited editions, colors etc…).
• Inform the BA Supervisor should anything affecting the counter display be broken or malfunctioning to ensure consistent “counter grooming.”
4. Compliance & Operational Duties:
• Adhere to health and safety procedures during demonstrations.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with retail partner policies.
