MAIN FUNCTIONS:  Develop, implement, and manage the full lifecycle of social media strategies for the company's brands, enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and overall business objectives.  Provide comprehensive marketing coordination support across campaign execution, traditional and digital media, content initiatives, events, public relations, and administrative tasks.  Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus EXPERIENCE:  At least 1 years of experience in Marketing (online & offline). COMPETENCIES:  Fast learner.  Dynamic and Flexible.  Well organized.  Excellent communicator.  Able to manage several tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.  Problem solver.  Reliable, Accountable & responsible.  Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office. Photoshop / Illustrator , Canva, Capcut, Adobe Design, Meta, Google Adds, Google Analytics.  Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English. French is an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Campaign Support  Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.  Coordinate campaign logistics, including timelines, resources, and vendor management.  Prepare marketing materials and promotional items for campaigns.  Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.  Assist with lead generation activities and track their effectiveness. Digital Marketing Support  Manage the company's social media accounts, including strategy, content creation, community engagement, advertising, performance analysis, platform management, and crisis management.  Assist with the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.  Support website updates and content management in collaboration with relevant teams.  Assist with the implementation and monitoring of SEO and SEM efforts.  Track and analyze website analytics to inform digital marketing strategies.  Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budget management.  Implement and utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, generating reports and insights. Content Marketing Support  Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content across various platforms.  Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.  Support content promotion efforts to maximize reach and engagement. Traditional Media Support  Assist in the coordination and execution of traditional media campaigns (e.g., print, radio, TV).  Liaise with media agencies and vendors as needed.  Track and report on the performance of traditional media activities. Market & Competitive Analysis & Brand Reporting  Conduct market research and gather data on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.  Compile and analyze competitive reports to identify opportunities and threats.  Assist in the preparation of regular reports on brand performance, including key metrics and insights.  Track brand awareness, perception, and engagement across various channels.  Support the monitoring of brand consistency across all marketing materials. Event Coordination  Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.  Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and material preparation.  Prepare event materials and promotional items.  Support pre- and post-event marketing and communication efforts. Public Relations Support  Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and media kits.  Help coordinate media outreach and follow-up.  Support the maintenance of media contact lists.  Track media coverage and report on PR activities. Administrative & Organizational Tasks  Manage marketing budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to allocated funds.  Conduct market research to support marketing strategies and initiatives.  Manage marketing supplies and materials, ensuring availability and efficient use.  Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management. Communication & Collaboration  Serve as a point of contact for marketing inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.  Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, etc.) and external partners (agencies, vendors).  Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.  Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing activities.  Contribute to the development and refinement of internal marketing processes and workflows, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
