We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant / Admin to support our growing Business Development team. This role is crucial in assisting sales operations, preparing proposals, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills and will be motivated to grow their own sales portfolio—earning commissions on personal closed deals.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, client coordination, or admin roles
• Background in tech, digital, or service-based industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRMs is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus + French
• Sales Support & Coordination
o Assist the Business Development Manager and Sales Heads during client meetings and calls
o Prepare and structure proposals, decks, and documentation for tech and operational service offerings
o Coordinate with internal departments (tech, design, finance) to gather inputs needed for proposals
o Maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts, and project milestones
• Pipeline Management
o Update and track the sales pipeline daily using the CRM / sales tools
o Monitor follow-up dates and deadlines for proposals, contracts, and renewals
o Report weekly progress and metrics on lead status, conversions, and pipeline performance
• Client Follow-Up & Admin Support
o Follow up on pending proposals and renewals to ensure timely closures
o Support ongoing projects with milestone tracking and commercial coordination
o Serve as a point of contact for selected clients during the sales-to-delivery transition phase
o Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling meeting notes
• Personal Sales Portfolio (Commission-Based)
o Build and manage your own sales leads and accounts
o Earn commission on successful deals closed through personal efforts
