We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales and manage customer relationships across multiple channels. You will prospect leads, present products, negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving targets.

requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales/account management with knowledge of competitor brands, products, prices, and distributors in the territory.

• Languages: Arabic & English (oral and written).

• Skills: Customer service, exceptional communication, organizational & time management, follow-up, result-oriented.

• Interpersonal: Creative problem-solving, flexible, proactive, positive, presentable, resourceful, efficient under pressure, work well with teams.

• Mainly outdoor activities; must be in good physical condition.

• May require work outside normal hours.

• Maintain and update customer/shop databases by channel.

• Achieve sales targets through day-to-day activities.

• Prospect for leads via calls, field visits, media research, exhibitions, and networking.

• Prepare sales offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.

• Manage the sales cycle: feed the pipeline, upsell/cross-sell, close deals, and execute distribution contracts.

• Complete weekly market intelligence reports and update as needed.

• Ensure smooth handover to Account Management and support collection and cross-selling efforts.
