As Graphic Designer, you will support ESA’s Marketing & Communication Department in enhancing the school’s visual identity across print and digital platforms. You will contribute to creative projects that strengthen ESA’s brand presence and help engage our community of students, alumni, and partners.
Education & Experience
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in design, preferably within an educational, institutional, or agency environment.
Technical Skills
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media formats and constraints.
• Skills in video editing and motion graphics are highly valued.
• Good command of French and English (oral & written).

• High creative sensibility and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key tasks include
• Design & Branding
• Create, adapt, and update communication materials (catalogues, brochures, flyers, event invitations, programs, posters, large-format visuals, etc.).
• Ensure consistency and creative development of ESA’s brand identity and graphic charter across all platforms.
• Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Digital Content Creation
• Produce visuals, short-form animations, and motion graphics optimized for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Design assets for digital campaigns, newsletters, and the website.
• Stay ahead of design trends to propose fresh and creative formats, particularly in video and animated content.
Coordination & Production
• Liaise with external suppliers (printers, agencies, etc.) and ensure deliverables meet technical requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Communication team to deliver creative concepts aligned with institutional goals.
