The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the school’s visibility, engagement, and brand consistency across all communication channels. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Department, the coordinator assists in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to strengthen ESA’s positioning as a leading business school in the region.
This role requires creativity, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic academic environment. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with internal departments (academic, HR, events, alumni relations, etc.) and external partners to ensure coherent messaging and impactful outreach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing or social media
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
• Fluent in French, English, and Arabic
• Social Media & Content Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social platforms. Help maintain a content calendar.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering positive online interactions.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance (social media, website, and email).
• SEO & Website Updates: Support basic SEO efforts and ensure the website is up-to-date with fresh content.
• Email Marketing: Help create and send email campaigns, monitor engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Event Support: Assist in promoting events online and provide digital coverage during events.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain marketing materials and digital assets.
