Tanmia Agricultural Development Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Hatchery Manager to oversee operations at its hatchery facility in Zahle-Kasara. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in agricultural or livestock operations, and a proven ability to manage complex site activities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, hatchery management, or site/project supervision.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in hatchery operations or large-scale agricultural projects is highly preferred.
Manage and supervise daily operations of the hatchery site.
Lead and coordinate site staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with senior management to implement production strategies.
Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with agricultural, health, and safety standards.
Oversee maintenance schedules for equipment and facility infrastructure.
Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators.
