Internship Purpose Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by assisting in the hiring process. Education & Requirements - Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field. Candidate must be enrolled in university. - Duration: Minimum 3 months. Possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities - Update the company’s job vacancies on multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit - Contact candidates and schedule interviews with assigned recruiters or hiring managers - Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events - Support in creating and promoting social media content that showcases our company culture and attracts top talent
