Internship Purpose
Join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Intern and gain hands-on experience within the HR department. This internship is designed to help you develop a solid foundation in HR operations, data management, and employee support, while contributing to real, impactful projects that support our people and processes.
Education & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or any related field. Candidate must be enrolled in university.
- Duration: Minimum 3 months. Possibility to extend based on performance and business needs
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update employee personnel and dependent records in the HR system
- Assist in handling employee relations matters
- Manage and follow up on employee access card requests
- Contact interns and monitor their start and end date
- Ensure accurate data entry of intern details into the payroll system
- File and organize HR-related documents
- Assist in the filling of MOF and NSSF forms
- Verify and check employee attendance records
