Job Purpose
Responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsible for defining, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsible for bridging communication between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to guarantee clarity and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Education And Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or digital transformation projects
Strong understanding of business processes, project methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
Duties And Responsibilities
On Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Partner with stakeholders to gather, structure, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation for technical teams and customers Ensure requirements remain aligned with strategic business objectives, eliminating non-value-adding elements Safeguard business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, preventing scope creep and misalignment
On Solution Design, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Assess solutions against business needs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and completeness Recommend process improvements, product enhancements, or system deactivation when required Analyze industry and customer trends to anticipate future needs and opportunities Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivered solutions and maximize business value
On Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver customer presentations, trainings, and user documentation Provide ongoing support on application configurations and business queries Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, adoption, and full value realization of delivered solutions Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth implementation of new systems and processes
On Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Contribute to project planning, methodology selection, and execution Collaborate with sales teams on tenders, bids, and pre-sales presentations Share business knowledge with technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and collaboration
