Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to support
the design, execution, and delivery of consulting assignments across our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate
is analytical, client-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between remote work and periodic in-person engagements at our offices
or client locations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, development programs, or a project-based professional environment.
• Proven ability to conduct research, structure analysis, and write clear, compelling reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Delivery
o Support the execution of consulting assignments through research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and content development.
o Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and tools tailored to client needs.
o Contribute to the design of methodologies, action plans, and capacity-building materials.
• Client Engagement
o Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather inputs and validate findings.
o Ensure responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Research & Analysis
o Conduct desk and field research across sectors such as MSMEs, digital economy, green transition, and public-private partnerships.
o Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Team Collaboration
o Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and technical advisors to deliver on time and within scope.
o Contribute to internal knowledge building and participate in cross-project learning initiatives.
• Proposal Development
o Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, expressions of interest, and project planning documents.
