We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to oversee quality control activities across our production operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Tanmia’s internal quality policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in Quality Control, preferably within the food or poultry industry. Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO, food safety, and hygiene standards. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good reporting and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across different departments. Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards across production areas. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Ensure adherence to Lebanese regulations and Tanmia’s internal quality policies and procedures. Document inspection results and prepare accurate quality reports. Identify non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. Support internal and external audits and certification requirements, including ISO and HACCP. Train and guide employees on quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures. Report quality issues and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective resolution.
