Leading with Love
Working Moms Through Crisis
Emotional Intelligence → Presence → Resilient Leadership
Why do many working mothers feel overwhelmed when uncertainty strikes?
Because balance is not created when pressure appears…
it is built long before the crisis begins.
Join this complimentary executive webinar and explore how working mothers can strengthen their emotional resilience, remain present for their families, and continue contributing professionally during challenging periods.
Across many organizations and communities today, women are navigating environments marked by uncertainty, disruption, and emotional pressure. For working mothers, these moments can become particularly demanding as they carry the responsibility of maintaining professional performance while also providing emotional stability within their homes.
Yet many women discover that while they are expected to remain strong for everyone around them, they rarely have the space to reflect on their own emotional wellbeing or leadership during these moments.
Why does this happen?
In environments shaped by uncertainty and rapidly changing realities, the role of working mothers extends far beyond professional responsibilities. They become anchors for their children, sources of reassurance for their families, and pillars of emotional stability within their communities.
This executive webinar will explore how working mothers can navigate these responsibilities with greater awareness, resilience, and intentional leadership.
Participants will gain perspective on how emotional intelligence, presence, and compassionate leadership can help working mothers sustain both their personal wellbeing and their professional impact during periods of uncertainty.
