This program brings together tested methodologies, the science of adult learning, and real-world delivery experience, combining structure and style in equal measure. It reflects insights drawn from over two decades of training and coaching practice — with more than 20,000 professionals trained, including executives, public figures, and managers across the Middle East and beyond.
Delivered personally by Naeim S. El Zein, this three-day journey goes far beyond theory. It is designed to help each participant understand their unique training persona, master both verbal and non-verbal presence, and craft sessions that engage hearts and minds.
This is not a typical “presentation skills” course. It is a transformational experience that reshapes how trainers see their role — from simply delivering content to creating impact that lasts. Participants learn by doing, reflecting, and refining their craft, and will leave with the competence and confidence to design and deliver powerful training experiences in any setting.
The cohort is strictly limited to eight participants to ensure deep engagement, guided practice, and personalized feedback. Those who demonstrate exceptional readiness and professionalism may later be invited to co-train with Mira-Clé and become part of an acknowledged community of trusted trainers.
