Mona is the Founder of Konsult s.a.r.l., where she helps organizations on achieving success through three main pillars, Consulting, Coaching & Training. Mona also sits on the board of a Local NGO as an advisor on all governance matters.

As a Change Agent, Talent Developer, and Board and Executive Coach, with her 20+ years of diverse experience, Mona is known for her ability to drive transformational change in organizations, developing and implementing comprehensive solutions that maximize the potential of people, processes, and technology.

Mona worked with organizations across a range of industries, from start-ups to multinationals, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome their biggest challenges. 

In addition to her consulting work, she is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on the topics of leadership, HR management, and change management. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others, helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed in their own careers.

Mona is a holder of an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is a certified Corporate Director by IFC (International Finance Corporation) and a Certified Executive Coach by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
