• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role. • Education: High school diploma; additional certificate is a plus. • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. • Able to work independently and follow visual guidelines. • Motorcycle ownership is preferable.

• Optimize product placement to boost visibility and sales. • Maintain shelf stock levels and ensure product freshness (FIFO). • Implement company planograms and organize displays. • Set up and maintain promotional events and offers. • Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
